Whitelist Sites, Domain Names, and Email Addresses

Client360 is an online portal. As such, your institution might need to approve several websites, domain names, and email address as Trusted. This will allow you to use Client360 seamlessly and effectively.

DNS Entry (2)

Please note that a new IP address is required if your organization uses DNS entries on your firewall. This change will be effective August 28, 2025. Please refer to KB0251253 for more details about this change.

New IP address: 176.100.189.213

Your financial institution can use DNS entries on your firewall and will need the following IP Address whitelisted:

  • Add: client360.fiservapps.com - 208.72.250.131 & 216.66.219.74 &176.100.189.213

  • Keep existing: fiservservicepoint.fiservapps.com - 107.162.163.207

Network Session

From a network perspective, ensure the HTTPs (TCP/443) port is open against all IP addresses related to the URLs mentioned. Some of those URLs use a dynamic IP address because they are utilizing a Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
