Remove a contact

There might be instances when you need to remove a contact from your organization. First, we recommend that you transfer any inquiries assigned to them to another contact.

Transition Inquiries

  1. Select Actions on the right of the contact card.

  2. Select Transition Inquiry.

  3. Select the contact you would like to receive the inquiries.

  4. Select Confirm.

Remove a contact

  1. Select Actions.

  2. Select Remove Contact.

Client360 deactivates the contact. It does not remove the contact's information from the system.
